1.Specific to characteristics of hard formation and interbeded formation, bit profile is optimized and cutting depth of the bit is controlled to satisfy requirements of drilling medium to medium hard formations.
2.Overall performance of PDC cutters is improved by using high performance PDC cutters of better wear resistance,better impact strength and better thermal stability.
